Domesticity → Sometimes domesticity is a white picket fence and two kids and a dog; sometimes it's an apartment that's a little shabby but comfortable; sometimes it's just the people you're with.

[ She pouts in response, leaning to hang her weight a little more heavily around his neck. Look at this sad face. She's sooooooooooo sad. ]

That's being a little mean, don't you think?

[ He tries to keep a straight face to balance out her SAAAAD face, but his lips are still curled up into a smile. ]

[ So! Sad! Look at this sad girlfriend face!! Though her eyes are sparkling, and the twitch of her mouth could be a smile or a deepening pout. She is, maybe, about halfway draped into his lap by now. ]

[ He sighs deeply, following a moment behind her and closing the door behind him, even though it's not like there's anyone else around. ]

[ Of course he does. How proper. That's very like him, and the sort of thing she finds charming even when it exasperates her. Who do you think is going to be looking for us this late? There's only one person who might, and he'd call first.

She's already removed her apron at least, folding it neatly. ]

[ He stops a couple feet in front of her, crossing his arms and tilting his head slightly in thought. ]

It seems like being teased would be an appropriate punishment for teasing.

[ It's not quite a nervous laugh, but it's close. Teasing, huh? That has... well that has some nice potential in the sound, doesn't it? It'd be nice if he were feeling playful about this-- ]

You don't have to do anything. Or, rather, you shouldn't do anything, without my permission.

[ He's not entirely sure how to read her reaction, though, and so he adds on another clause after a brief pause, just in case she'd rather beg out of it. ]

—That is, unless you have your own ideas for how you might earn my forgiveness.

[ Oh. Ohhhhhhh. She stands up straighter at that, with her hands clasped demurely in front of her. There's a small flush on her face, but she does her best not to fidget. This is just fine. This is do not fistpump when he's looking at you, save it for later fine. ]

[ He's sure she has plenty of ideas of her own, and just so happens to like this one too. But he'll refrain from saying that when this works just fine for him. He lays a hand on her shoulder, pushing her back very gently. ]

[ She lets herself be pushed, moving until her legs hit the bed. When they do, she folds down neatly, ankles crossed and hands in her lap again. After a moment she even bows her head a little, mock-submissive. ]

[ She makes an elegant picture that way... but that also makes him more motivated to tear down her composure. He sits down next to her, brushing her hair back away from her face before trailing his fingers down her neck. ]

[ It's a sigh that comes with a little shiver out of simple ticklish reaction. She tilts her head just enough to allow him better access to her neck, her smile still serene on her face. ]
